The Lipton Lights Show
The Sielbeck family has been hosting the Lipton Light Show for close to a decade now; since 2008, essentially making it a Nashville tradition. The Light Show is equipped with over 20,000 computer controlled circuits that are synchronized to several delightful Christmas carols. The Lipton Light Show is held on a 4-acre expanse, where you and your loved ones can walk around and enjoy the splendor that is the lights. The show features a prominent 18-foot mega-Christmas-tree, a 6-foot tall Bethlehem Star on the roof of the main building, color changing LED lights all around the compound, and several other exciting displays that crop up every year.
Gill's Bright Lights
Head off to Gill’s Bright lights in Hendersonville every day from 5pm -11pm from 1st to 31st December. Gill’s Bright Lights feature about 65,000 LED Christmas Lights on several dozens of Christmas Trees. This show is hosted by Megan and Brandon Gill every year for 12 years now but this year will mark the second year that the display is hosted at the couple’s home. You will be able to tune in to 97.3FM at the couples front yard and listen to some pleasant Christmas tunes alongside other spectators.
Carriage Rides
Enjoy a thrilling horse drawn carriage ride at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel as you enjoy some marvelous Christmas Light Displays. Each ride lasts about 15 minutes, and the tours kicked off on 10th November and are scheduled to last until 1st January. The Carriage rides begin every day at 5pm and the closing time depends on the traffic of the day. Adults will pay a small fee of $10 per ride, kids between 4 and 11 will pay $7, and kids under 3 will ride for free. For that special someone, however, you can rent a private carriage for only $50.
Lotz House Christmas Lights Tour
This is arguably one of Nashville’s most popular festive traditions. Enjoy a guided tour of some extravagantly decorated neighborhoods of Franklin and Brentwood. You will also get to tour the Lotz House where you will be treated to some cookies and hot cider. The Lotz House is decorated to give spectators an out an Antebellum Christmas vibe. The entire tour lasts about 4 hours, starting every day at around 6 pm. This tour makes for a perfect family-friendly Christmas holiday outing individuals of all ages will enjoy.
