Nashville's July 4th Celebration and Fireworks

The annual Nashville 4th of July Celebration this year will feature a star-studded lineup of musical performers including Lady Antebellum, Shannon Sanders, Lucie Silvas, Chris Janson, and the Nashville Symphony. It’s no wonder its known as the Music City. Apart from the entertainment from these Grammy Award-winning and nominated artists, the event will also feature an over-the-top fireworks show, which is one of the best you will witness anywhere in the country. What most impressive about the fireworks display at this event is that they will be choreographed to be in sync with the medleys performed by Nashville’s Symphony. In the midst of all this fun, you will also get the chance to engage in some family fun with inflatables and large screens. To top it all off, this event is absolutely free and open to the public, all you have to do is get to downtown on the 4th.

Gallatin 4th of July Celebration

Head over to Triple Creek Park at Champion Drive in Gallatin, only 30 miles from the State Capital. The best part about spending your independence day in Gallatin is that you can rest assured that there will be far less human traffic than you would find in Nashville. At the Celebration in Gallatin, you will get to enjoy amazing music (the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree), amazing fireworks displays, and the famed Mountain of Foam that is fun for people of all ages. You will also have access to numerous vendors and crafters who will be selling a variety of unique products you can purchase souvenirs as well as numerous food trucks available throughout the duration of the event in case you feel famished. The event kicks off at 2 pm and comes to a close at 10 pm, and the best part is, it doesn’t cost you a dime to attend.

Hendersonville Freedom Festival July 3rd

The Hendersonville Freedom Festival takes place on the 3rd of July, just a day to the actual Independence Day. This annual event will take place at Drake’s Creek Park in Hendersonville, only 19 miles from the Music City. The fireworks display will begin at exactly 9 pm, so don’t be late. There will be a Kids Zone for the little ones, multiple food vendors, and live entertainment for the entire family. The event is held every year in support of the Chamber Foundation and a part of the proceeds are issued as grants to teachers in the Hendersonville area. Therefore, not only are you in for a treat, but you will also get to have fun while you’re at it.
